Your setup time is included in the rental hours you have booked. You can get in to set up at your check in time. Items may be dropped off and picked up within your check in and check out time frame.
You can add time to your rental by the hour if the time is not booked already. Saturday and Sunday evenings begin at 6pm, there is always an event during the day on Saturday and Sunday so adding hours must be done by adding the daytime rental slot (12-5).
You can find it on your invoice as “check in time” if you aren’t sure when it is. Your setup time is very specific and so plan according to that time for all setup that’s needed. Be sure to let your vendors know your setup time, especially if they will need to drop things off. It’s not uncommon that your DJ or caterer (and especially rental companies) will ask to drop things off earlier in the day. Please make note of your setup time, it will help avoid last minute stress.
