Your setup and clean up time is already included in the time blocks that you have booked. You are able to get into the space at your check in time. Outside deliveries must be dropped off and picked up within your check in and check out time frame.
Daytime Events 11am - 4pm: Check in/setup time of 11am or after, check out time is 4pm.
Evening Events 6pm - 4pm: Check in/setup time of 6pm or after, check out time is 4am.
Be sure to let your vendors know your check in time, especially if they will need to drop things off. It’s not uncommon that your DJ or caterer (and especially rental companies) will ask to drop things off earlier in the day. Please make note of your setup time, it will help avoid last minute stress.
